The combination of Salt Therapy, Reflexology, and the Infrared Sauna provides a treatment that flushes your mind and body of toxins and leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Salt Therapy assists in clearing your respiratory system of any toxins and germs, as well as drawing oils and bacteria from your skin - the experience in our Salt Rooms is also very calming and clears the mind! Following that, you will receive Foot Reflexology in order to help alleviate your bodily systems of any toxins and improves your overall health and well-being. The final treatment is the Infrared Sauna - sweat out any toxins left in your skin while receiving Chromotherapy and another round of Salt Therapy! The combination of heat, salt, and light that our Infrared Sauna provides is the perfect grouping of treatments to finish off your detox experience!
