Salt therapy, also referred to as Halotherapy, is a clean, natural approach to improving your overall wellness, as well as treating your respiratory system, cleansing your skin, improving immunity, and more!

Treatment

During treatment, a halogenerator mills, grinds, and the disperses microscopic particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt in the air of the salt rooms. Breathing in this salt is beneficial to the respiratory and immune systems, and it treats the skin on contact. For treatment, recommend guests wear yoga clothes or any other workout clothing. This is to ensure comfortability, as well as to expose more of your skin to the Halotherapy treatment!

Large Salt Room

Our Large Salt Room has a beautiful Himalayan salt-brick wall and a slightly heated floor of small, pebble-like pieces of Himalayan salt. In this room, you have the option to sit in one of the anti-gravity chairs or to submerge yourself within the salt stones that cover the floor. Doing so increases the benefits for your skin, as well as helps reduce inflammation and joint pain.

Small Salt Room

In our Small Salt Room, the floor is covered in granulated Himalayan salt that has a consistency and feels similar to sand. During your session, you will relax in one of our anti-gravity chairs while salt is blown into the room and Chakra-healing music plays in the dark room.

Salt Bed Chamber

Another method of Halotherapy treatment we have is our Salt Bed Chamber. During a session, you will receive the full benefits of a 45-minute session in one of the salt rooms in just 25 minutes! In a private room, the Salt Bed Chamber has a heated surface and its own Halogenerator to provide a comfortable and effective treatment session!
